And as a dietitian or health professional one of the things that can get us stuck is the desire to do the 'right' thing (or not wanting to do the 'wrong' thing).

We can also get stuck in fear, a lack of confidence, the drive to please and the discomfort with disappointing.

And so making decisions and taking action can become a little fraught.
