If you do work that makes a difference and want a different kind of world that has to extend to how you do business.

Doing work that makes a difference, doesn’t guarantee that your business is not perpetuating dehumanising systems and possibly doing harm. AND this is not meant as a criticism or a shame/blame inducing statement…instead it’s an invitation to get curious (with a big side of self compassion).

In this episode I’m offering up space, seeds and contemplation questions to do a little critical analysis or audit of what is actually happening in your business so that you can get clear on whether it’s continuing the difference making of your work or in tension to it.
