What Radicle is all about:
Over 6 months you, me and a group of about 10 other health and/or helping professionals will meet every two weeks to explore, unlearn, connect and integrate through content and conversation.
We’ll take things right back to the root - establishing or re-establishing - the foundation of your business through your values based lens.
It’s not about throwing out all you’ve learnt already but rather running it through the filter of your values, keeping what serves and supports you and replacing what doesn’t.
At the heart of Radicle is connection. Connection to yourself and your values. Connection to your passion for the work you do. Connection to the difference you want to make. Connection to other humans also forging a path to do business differently.
Connection to what a successful, flourishing,
values grounded business means for you.
What will we be covering in Radicle?
Radicle combines both content and connection driven sessions across each month for 6 months. A combination of strategy, critical thinking and system challenging. Below is an outline of what we’ll cover in the content sessions and what the connection sessions will incorporate
Content Sessions
Connection Sessions
The connection sessions will be a space for going deeper. A space to bring and wrap words around the bits of being in business that don’t always get discussed but can definitely keep you stuck. An opportunity to connect in conversation that goes beyond the surface level.
What exactly will they involve? A combination of:
‘curiosity’ seats - think trauma informed hot seats
1:1 coaching - bring a situation or a ‘stuck’ spot to receive coaching from me and the other humans in the group.
Q&A - bring all your questions on that month’s content topic
integration practice - doing the thing to embed the month’s content topic into your business
They’ll also be about what you need from the session too. And you can use them in a way that supports you - raise your hand for coaching, bring up something that’s coming up in your business in real time, simply listen and observe or even utilise the time to implement and take action on the content we’ve been discussing.
I operate through a consent first model so there will be no pressure nor obligation to participate beyond what you have capacity and desire for on the day.

Total duration: 6 months
Session duration: 2 hours
Sessions are held fortnightly (aka every 2 weeks)
The first fortnight of the month is a content session
The second fortnight is our connection session
These will all be recorded (with consent) and replay made available, but I highly recommend attending the connection session live.
Please note there are some shifts in daylight saving times in some countries over the beginning months of Radicle so there will be a corresponding shift in start times for the first 1 month - all details below but reach out if it’s not clear.

Radicle is a 6 month commitment and a long term process and practice of integration.
Your participation in Radicle is contingent on your agreement to respect the identities, privacy, and confidentiality of other participants, including not sharing screenshots, recordings or information disclosed in the content or connection spaces with other parties. It also includes not reproducing or sharing materials or proprietary information from this program.
